I collaborated with San Francisco yoga teacher Janet Stone to develop a new brand identity and DVD packaging for her latest series of videos. Janet had outgrown her existing brand and needed a flexible, scalable identity that would grow with her into the future and be applicable across a variety of mediums.

The result is a visual identity system that reflects Janet's rich and unique teaching style, and DVD packaging that is designed to stand apart from the competition in a crowded competitive space of instructional fitness videos.

Steven Volpe Design

Website

I worked with Steven Volpe Design to develop and implement his new website. Specializing in the highest caliber of interior design, Steven wanted a website that was simple, understated, and respectful of his high profile clients.

The finished product is an unerstated, elegant, simple site that leverages the firm's existing identity, showcases projects, press coverage and published projects.

Don Fisher Memorial Tribute

Gap Inc. co-founder Donald Fisher passed away in 2009, sending a ripple of grief across all levels of the company around the world. Immediately, it was clear that a gesture of thanks and appreciation was in order to help every single employee understood the vision and values that he imparted in Gap Inc. for many years to come. 

I worked with the Global Communications team to quickly design, execute and fulfill a tribute bracelet and booklet for over 150,000 employees in six languages. The finished piece was delivered to every headquarters office and store.

Gap Foundation

Be What's Possible Facebook App

I collaborated with Gap Foundation to create a Facebook application that fit within the framework of their existing Be What's Possible brand for National Volunteer Month in September 2011. Our goal was to encourage Gap Inc.'s global population of 150,000 employees to volunteer, while increasing their Facebook fan base. I worked closely Gap Foundation and their Facebook development team to design and implement the project.

Employees were encouraged to "Like" their page, submit their volunteer stories and photos, and in turn registered to receive a free volunteer T-shirt.

Luxury Custom Book

When former CEO of Gap Brand Marka Hansen departed Gap Inc. in early 2011, the leadership team felt that a major tribute was in order to commemorate her many years of dedication, vision, and service.

I worked with the Global Communications team to design from the ground up a book that one executive called a "once in a lifetime tribute." We collected letters from employees around the world, marketing images from the iconic campaigns she worked on, and put them all in an custom uber luxurious hard bound book complete bookmarks made from Gap fabrics and a foil stamped linen case.

Troup Consulting

Website

I teamed up with Troup Consulting—a new boutique full service public relations firm—to develop their website and online presence. The site needed to appeal to a corporate audience while standing out in a sea of competitors as someone with a unique advantage and modern edge.

From information architecture to copy writing advice to visual design, I worked closely with Troup's team and a web development firm to create a website that integrates social media and crystal clear messaging—all while providing lasting value.
